This panel will look at the current status of Free Software in the region of Central Eastern and South Eastern Europe, focussing on successes and challenges as well as on the potential for collaboration between different countries in the region. Speakers will address issues of law and policy, the status of the developers' community, support mechanisms for in particular civil society, etc.
