Frank Rosengart mail Homepage Before joining GIST as Technical Director in fall 2003, Frank Rosengart was responsible for video server and play-out technology at convergence integrated media, Berlin - a pioneering company in the standardization of interactive television through the Multimedia Home Platform (MHP). Frank holds a Master of Computer Science degree (master’s thesis on "Video-on-demand systems in real environments") and specializes in MPEG-encoding, transport stream multiplexing, DSM-CC and IP-streaming. He worked on open-source driver projects for MHP on Linux. During his studies, Frank Rosengart worked as a freelance cameraman and video editor for several TV stations in Berlin.
