Abstract Quality management in Wikipedia Wikipedia has been much criticized for its poor quality management. This criticism ignores the fact that quality management has been discussed from the beginning and that various measures have been successfully implemented. More are about to be introduced. I will discuss their potentials and risks. Some of these measures, following popular criticism, call for a greater involvement of experts. The pitfalls of such "expertism" will be discussed as well.
